Summary

Overall, I’m pretty happy with week 1. The BodyBugg predicted a 2lb loss and that was exactly where I wound up. I more or less kept to the 1000 calorie daily deficit, and added in quite a bit of extra biking to burn some extra calories.

The 3-day July 4 weekend might take its toll on this week’s performance, though I think I did pretty well overall.
